Context:

- participation at the "Decade of Geopotential Research" with the Geomagnetism Department, IPGP

- participation at ongoing and past satellite data management (MAGSAT, Ørsted, CHAMP) and at the preparing phases for the future European satellite missions: AMPERE (CNES project) and SWARM (ESA project)

Satellite data management:

- Oracle geomagnetic satellite database administration at IPGP

- SQLPlus requests on geomagnetic database (Magsat, Ørsted, CHAMP satellites)

- data retrieval from different sources:

- Ørsted (ISDC Data Center, Denmark), CHAMP (GFZ Potsdam, Germany)

- geomagnetic indices: CETP-IPSL Saint-Maur (France), WDC-C2 for Geomagnetism (Kyoto, Japan)

- other contacts: University of Nantes, LETI-CEA, Laboratoire de Météorologie Dynamique (ENS and Paris 6 University)

- data quality control

- data archiving

Geomagnetic activity index Kp, Dst: synchronized within the the IPGP database
